THE "SAFE-ART" PROTOCOL

We don't ship simple posters. Every work from the Lorenzo Caia Archive travels in custom-designed packaging to resist shock and humidity.

1. Artisanal Preparation

After signing and the stamp has dried, the work is wrapped in acid-free silk tissue paper. This layer protects the inked surface from scratches and dust.

2. Armoring

A4 format: Shipped in rigid, reinforced, "anti-crease" cardboard envelopes.
A3 Format / Archive Collection: Shipped in extra-strong triple-wall tubes or reinforced flat boxes (depending on the paper), sealed against humidity.



PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES

We work with a high-quality or limited-run Print-on-Demand model managed in-house. We're not Amazon: we take the time to ensure perfection.

  • Preparation & Quality Control: 2–4 business days.
  • Shipping (Italy): Tracked Express Courier (GLS/DHL) – 24/48 hours.
  • Shipping (Europe/World): International Courier – 3/7 working days.

You will receive the tracking code (Tracking ID) via email as soon as the courier takes charge of the package.


"ZERO RISK" GUARANTEE

If the courier damages the package, it's our responsibility, not yours.
Send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to info@lorenzocaia.com and we will reprint and ship a new copy at our expense, immediately.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order, as required by current legislation, provided that:

  1. The work must be in perfect condition, not framed and not manipulated by bare hands (for cotton papers).
  2. Please return it in its original rigid packaging.

Note to Collectors: Return shipping costs (except for damaged or incorrect items) are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend tracked shipping.
