Tracked and insured delivery for every artwork

Each work is prepared for transit with the same attention I give to the physical print itself.Every order is shipped from Italy with tracking and insurance. Packaging is selected according to the format and characteristics of the work, with the aim of protecting the paper throughout handling and transport.

Packaging

Each order is prepared individually before dispatch.

Prints are protected in reinforced packaging appropriate to their format. Depending on the size and physical characteristics of the work, larger formats may be shipped in a rigid tube or reinforced box.

The purpose is simple: to protect the work from unnecessary movement, bending and handling while it travels from my studio to you.

All shipments are tracked and insured.

The final shipping rate and the availability of delivery to your destination are confirmed at checkout.

Preparation & Delivery Times

Each order is prepared individually before dispatch.

I check the print, prepare the work for transport and pack it according to its format before handing it to the courier.

  • Order Preparation & Quality Control: 2/4 business days.
  • National Shipping (Italy): Tracked Express Courier - 3/5 business days.
  • International Shipping: Tracked Express Courier (DHL/UPS) - 3/8 business days.

All orders are shipped from Italy with tracking and insurance.

As soon as your order is handed to the courier, you will receive the tracking information by email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to destination, courier operations and, for shipments outside the European Union, customs processing.

Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are determined by the destination country and are not included unless explicitly collected at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been prepared and handed to the courier, you will receive the tracking information associated with the shipment.

A telephone number is required at checkout so that the courier can contact you directly if necessary during delivery.

Delivery times vary according to destination, courier operations and, for international orders, possible customs processing.

Tracking allows you to follow the shipment once it has left the studio.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges.

Where these amounts are not collected directly at checkout, they may be requested by the carrier or local customs authority before or upon delivery.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are separate from the shipping rate charged by Lorenzo Caia.

Damage in Transit

Every shipment is insured.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph both the external packaging and the artwork and contact me at info@lorenzocaia.com within 48 hours of delivery.

I will review the documentation and manage the shipping claim so that the appropriate solution can be arranged for the affected order.

Please keep the original packaging until the case has been resolved.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in the Refund Policy. For customers in the European Union, this period also reflects the applicable right of withdrawal.

The artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and in its original protective packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the artwork received is damaged or incorrect. We strongly recommend a tracked service.
