In Crus, the human leg takes shape through muscles, tendons and ink. Construction lines and handwritten notes surround the anatomy, as though searching for the precise moment when stability becomes movement.

But is strength alone what keeps us standing?

There is something quietly remarkable about balance. The body bears its weight, adjusts, holds steady, and prepares to move. Sometimes a single step can change our direction. At other times, the hardest part is finding the ground beneath us.

Look at the relationship between the marks that define the anatomy and the spaces they leave untouched.

Every Lorenzo Caia Open Edition is a physical art print reproduced from an original ink drawing.

Inkjet printing on Modigliani Candido paper, 200 gsm.

Studio - White background.

Archive - Ivory-toned printed background.

Both versions use the same paper. The distinction is in the visual presentation of the artwork, not in a different paper stock.

Available sizes and prices are displayed in the product options.

Authentication

The artist's signature is reproduced as part of the print. Open Edition copies are not individually hand-signed or numbered and do not include a Certificate of Authenticity.

Each print is prepared for dispatch within 2-4 business days and packed in protective rigid packaging suitable for its format.

Care & Display

Handle the print with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the printed surface.

Keep the artwork away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity and contact with water.

Framing with suitable protective glazing is recommended.

Slight differences between the image on your screen and the physical print may occur due to display settings and lighting conditions.

Frames and interior settings shown in photographs are for illustration only and are not included with the print.
