In Tergum, I investigated the hidden map of the human back, an anatomical territory that escapes the sight of the one who inhabits it. I observe the muscular tensions and the sinuous line of the spine, translating them into a landscape of cross-hatched shadows and geometric vectors. The body becomes a blueprint of measurable forces, intersected by axes and angles that define its statics and vulnerability. The composition develops vertically to accommodate the natural posture of the subject. This theoretical inquiry is kept in my Archive, available in three formats for those who study anatomy and the human condition.

Each archival fine art print is printed to order in my Florence studio and shipped within 3–5 business days.
