Archive note N° MA-001.

When I set out to study the myth of Venus, I wanted to approach the female form not merely as an aesthetic canon, but as a quiet act of devotion to a primordial archetype. In this drawing, the figure is elevated beyond physical representation to embody grace, pure love, and a regenerating creative force. As my nib traced the contours of the seated posture, building light and shadow through fine cross-hatching against rigid block geometry, I sought to capture an affective bond with the figure. Radial vectors, angular measures, and handwritten annotations on alchemical copper and golden proportions surround her: translating that devotion into a sanctuary where discipline and passion coexist.

I invite you to observe this study as a testament to the enduring grace of the archetype.
